This morning started with "Oh, shit," whereupon after untangling my phone from my sheets, I saw that I had overslept. Well, to be clear, I had hit snooze about five times in order to oversleep. I jumped out of bed and into some clothes, and dashed to the taxi stand. Thankfully, taxis in Korea are cheap and this morning plentiful.
Normally, I tame my hair, but this morning I arrived at work with the fresh out of bed look. This sounds bad, but it's not. I have naturally curly hair and for reasons I can't quite understand, my curls often look awesome if I wash my hair the night before and sleep on them. However I usually, flatten my hair. My current workplace is a minefield and my hair is not withstanding, natural curls and all. Anyway, here is a list and links to curly hair products I love. Curls Rock Amplifier-- I don't currently use this (see above) but I love this stuff. I get salon curls. Okay, I have to clarify this. I get the salon curls I wish for when I got to said salon, not the mast of frizz I get instead. Mast is intentional. Curls Rock Curl Amplifier-- despite it's name being so similar to the one above, this is a leave in mousse. It's best to work this through your hair while it's wet. It's strong. If you use too much it will make your rock hard. This product is both water proof, but yet when a little water dampness is added, you can tame your curls again, later in the day. Spring Loaded Shampoo--Prepare for your hair to get very short. The conditioner is meh, but the shampoo is the best. It somehow de-tangles curls while making the curls really curl. Say goodbye to frizz. Full Circle Leave in Treatment-- Since I started using the Spring Loaded Shampoo, I no longer need conditioner for the purpose of detangling. I've actually found that my hair is happier with a leave in conditioner and I'd give this one four stars. Ego Boost -- this is the best leave in I've found. Enough said. Comments are closed.
