Chris Crutcher is one of my all time favorite authors. This is one of my favorite all time books.
The Wheel of Time series is probably makes it on my top ten lists. I really enjoy the world Robert Jordan built.
I'll loan books to anyone who wants to read something from my shelf, even to friends who don't return them. This book, however, is on the non-loan list. You can read it while you're here, but you ain't leavin' with it. Pete Dexter is an amazing writer.
I love Stephen King. If I had to choose my favorite... well I can't. The stand is as good as any place to start.
When Cimamanda Adichie talks about the single story, I think of Zora Neal Hurston. This book was assigned for summer reading my freshman year of college. I probably never would have read it otherwise, but once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down.
